The Real Estate Blue Book: China Real Estate Development Report (No.20·2023), co-edited by China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents (hereinafter referred to as CIREA) and the National Future Cities Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, was released recently.
The Real Estate Blue Book 2023 continues to adhere to the principles of objectivity, impartiality and scientific neutrality, tracking the latest development in China real estate market, analysing the market hotspots in depth, looking into the development trend, and actively planning the coping strategies. The book is divided into General Report, Thematic Section, Service Section and Hotspots. The General Report reviews and summerises China real estate market in 2022, and analyses the development trend in 2023. The Thematic Section, Service Section and Hotspots focus on different dimensions, fractionizing the markets into land, residential and commercial buildings, providing the in-depth analysis on the development of rental housing, real estate brokerage, real estate appraisal, property management industry, and discussing some hot topics such as the new real estate development model, the collaborative development of housing in metropolitan areas, and the development of the long-term rental housing market.
As the national self-discipline organisation of real estate appraisal, brokerage and rental industry, CIREA has been attaching great importance to the research, publicizing actively on the improvement of the industry, providing Real Estate Blue Book with three reports on the development of China rental housing market, China real estate brokerage industry, and China real estate appraisal industry, in order to lead the high-quality development of the real estate industry.
